The Pottery Studio, custom-built in a garden in the leafy suburb of Bryanston, offers 3 hour creative pottery teambuilding workshops for corporate groups of up to 20 participants. A professional facilitator will give an introduction to ceramics in a fun and interesting way, while expert tuition by a potter with 28 years experience will ensure you make a masterpiece on the potter's wheel. This large studio offers safe parking and is close to Bryanston Shopping Centre, just off William Nicol Drive.

Description:
A short introduction presentation to ceramics by an experienced ceramic artist using actual examples of clay, pottery pieces, faults to illustrate interesting aspects etc. Participants will be given guidance and examples to paint a ready-made bisc plate using ceramic under glaze paints. No artistic talent necessary! Demonstration by experienced potter on the potter's wheel and individual tuition so that each participant makes a 'masterpiece'. Both painted item and wheel thrown pot will be glazed and ready for collection 2 weeks after the workshop.
