The Introduction to Coaching programme serves as the foundation programme for the development of coaching competencies.
Outcomes:
Understands and is able to define the principles, boundaries and ethics of coaching.
Is able to differentiate between coaching, counseling, mentoring, therapy and teaching.
Is able to apply a simple and effective coaching model and process
Is able to demonstrate basic coaching skills of listening and questioning.
Description:
The Certificate in Coaching Skills is designed for those who want to add coaching skills to their current skill set. They want to use coaching in their current career and do not require the deep skills of a practitioner coach.
Outcomes:
Develops in-depth coaching skills; able to apply an effective coaching models/process
Develops awareness of self and coaching presence
Develops awareness of others and systems; able to coach in a variety of contexts.

The Diploma in Practitioner Coaching has been designed as the premier programme in South Africa, specifically for those who wish to develop high level skills as executive or life practitioner coaches. The DIPC serves as potential entry qualification to a Masters degree in coaching.

Have developed in depth knowledge of self, others & systems, and has the ability to apply coaching skills to obtain outstanding results
