Description: Iridology is the ability to detect illness in parts of the body, by examining the iris or coloured portion of the eye. It is a diagnostic tool which is used by some therapists to identify the underlying causes of disease. The markings and changes on the iris of the eye are studied for indications of any health problems.
It can be integrated with both orthodox and complimentary medicine. It monitors the movement towards disease states and health.
Description: Sports care grew out of the need for ways to heal injured athletes without them having to cease all training, and where possible, without the need for surgery or drugs. Massage, being used as a preventative measure, helps to detect problems before they become chronic and most importantly, helps to keep injuries at a minimum. Sports massage thus provides the secret weapon for complete recovery; either from injury or from a serious workout.
