The Fusion Cooking School is accredited as a Training Provider by the South African Chefs Association (SACA). Besides training and upskilling chefs, we also consult to the restaurant industry, retail chains and corporate food manufacturers. The school is centrally located in Westville, a surburb of Durban in South Africa. Up to 35 people can be accommodated at the air-conditioned venue. There are three kitchens: The Restaurant kitchen, the Training Kitchen, and the Pastry Kitchen. There is also Student Accomodation available on-site.
Course 1: Diploma in Global Cuisine and Culinary Theatre

Course 3: 3 Month Boutique Hospitality Certificate in Global Cuisine
Description:
This course will appeal to Chefs who work in B&Bs, Guesthouses and Boutique Hotels who want an intensive 3 month course to further their classical training. This course can also be taken in two 6 week blocks.
Course 4: Retail Certificates in Food, Promoting and Demonstration
Description:
Classes are hands-on and interactive. Each lesson starts at 6.30pm and lasts about 3 hours. We cover 5-7 different recipes and what we make is eaten during the class. Just bring along something to drink and a pen to write with. The cost is R225/person (which includes the meal).
