Bikram Yoga is a demanding 26 posture (asana) series with 2 breathing exercises
(pranayama), done in a room heated to 40°C for 90 minutes. The heat allows for safe and deep stretching while simultaneously flushing and detoxifying every single system of the body, from bones to skin, inside out.
Elegant studio, situated on the 2nd floor with a gorgeous 180 degree view of the area. 180sqm yoga studio, massage treatment room, change rooms and shower facilities, retail section stocking ideal Bikram Yoga wear.
All new students must arrive 30 minutes prior to class for registration
All classes are 90 minutes long, students are expected to stay for the full duration
The studio works on first come first serve basis, no bookings are required
Avoid eating 2 – 3 hours before class
Be sure to hydrate enough during the day prior to class
Wear work out clothing, preferably light weight and form fitting
Bring a big towel (compulsory)
Yoga mats are provided for the duration of the Intro special
Water and mats are available for rent or for sale at the studio
Flexibility is not required, it’s just one of the benefits of Bikram Yoga.
All levels of fitness are welcome
